Reproductive engraver. Student of F. Boucher. The author of engraved portraits, genre scenes based on the originals of P. P. Rubens, G. Metsu, J.-B. Greuze and others. He also made book illustrations.
The National Library of France holds a collection of portraits of deputies of the States General and the National Assembly of 1789, engraved by Letellier.- Lion hunt (Chasse au lion). 1772-1775.
