Personalities Lommelin, Adriaen
1636 or 1637, Amiens – after 1673, Amsterdam
Flemish engraver. In 1654 he went to Flanders, where he studied the technique of engraving with Joseph Cossie in Antwerp. In 1662 he was registered as a master in the guild of St. Luke in Antwerp. Most of his engravings are based on drawings of Peter Paul Rubens and Anthony van Dyck.
