Franzow, Petr Fedorovych (1804–1884) — the owner of the printing house in Odesa. German by origin. Since 1818, he worked at the print- ing house of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in St. Petersburg. Since 1826, he was appointed as the supervisor of the public printing house in Odesa. After retirement, he opened his own printing house and lithography in 1851. In 1851–1856, he was coowner of the printing house of Ludwig Nitzsche. He was a member of the Fedorovsky Society of Printing Industry Workers.

Nitzsche, Ludwig (Louis) Gotlibovych (1818–1904) — the owner of the printing house in Odesa. German by origin. Since 1847 he was a companion of typolithography of T. Neyman. In 1849, the typolithography became the property of L. Nitzsche. In 1851–1856, P. Franzow was coowner of the printing house.
