The exhibition ran from June 3 to October 31, 1895, and occupied the entire space of the city building on Sofiivska Street (the former Naryshkin Palace, City Museum of Fine Arts, now the Odesa National Art Museum) and the surrounding area—the courtyard and garden. Domestic and European companies exhibited their products. Various building materials and components, parquet flooring, decorative plaster moldings, heating appliances, kitchen and sanitary equipment, and many other innovations were presented. Well-known Odesa artists S. Ya. Kishinevsky, M. L. Molinari, I. P. Paolini, and B. V. Edwards participated in the art section. The catalog is supplemented with three drawings: plans of the first and second floors of the palace and a plan of the exhibition layout around the building, from Sofievskaya Street to Primorskaya Street.
