«The Illustrated catalogue of the publishing house “Prosvita” in Lviv» is an important bibliographic and bibliologic source that comprehensively represents the publishing activities of one of the leading Ukrainian cultural and educational societies of the early 20th century. The second, expanded edition of the catalogue reflects the wide range of topics and genres covered by the printed materials of “Prosvita”, which were aimed at promoting education, national consciousness, and the Ukrainian printed word among various segments of society.
The publication contains a systematic list of publications on various topics: historical, artistic, educational and popular science literature, as well as sheet music, music, art and cartographic publications.
