Pavlo Popov (1890-1971) was a Ukrainian literary critic, art historian, folklorist, critic and bibliographer, Doctor of Philology, author of many books and articles, including "Materials for the Dictionary of Ukrainian Engravers" (Kyiv, 1926).
In 1925-1926, while "Materialy..." was in print, the author continued to collect information on the history of Ukrainian engraving, previously unrecorded by other researchers. These additions were published separately as an appendix to the previous work. On the back of the title page: "Printed from Bibliological News # 3 for 1927".
The ONNB copy is protected by a hard cover, while the publisher's paper cover is preserved. The book is in satisfactory condition, all pages are present, without defects.
