This is the first posthumous edition of the works by the classic of Ukrainian literature Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi (1864-1913). It was published by the Kyiv publishing company Krynytsia (1911-1920), which published mainly fiction and intensified its activities during the events of the Ukrainian Revolution.
The first volume includes prose works by the writer: "The Five-Gold Man", "Revenge", "For the Common Good", "On the Wings of Song", "Pe-kopter", "Ambassador from the Black Tsar", "On Faith", "Kharytya", "Yalynka".
