Oleksa Fedorovych Vlyzko (1908 – 1934) is a Ukrainian writer, a victim of Stalin's terror. Belonged to literary organization "Molodnyak" and VUSPP.
The presented edition, which was published in 1930, contained short stories written under the impression of a trip to Germany, which the author made in 1928. With sarcasm, humor and observation, the author presents his vision of the history of the emergence of foreign passports, touching on the socio-political problems of the country.
