Crystal edge: a novel / Dmytro Buzko. Kyiv: Derzhvydavlegprom, 1935. 189 p.
This is the first edition of the only science fiction work of Dmytro Buzek, a Ukrainian poet, novelist and screenwriter, a member of the literary association of Ukrainian futurists "New Generation", a victim of Stalin's terror. In this novel, the author tells the story of a brilliant young scientist, a chemist, Fritz Gruber, who invented a super-strong glass formula that was used in many industries. For some time, this work played an active role in drawing readers' attention to Ukrainian fiction.
