The course for socio-economic universities of the USSR was created by a Ukrainian lawyer, Professor Mykhailo Ivanovych Mytilino.
The textbook consists of four parts, which gradually reveal the essence of the commercial law of the Soviet republics: from the concept of trade to the courts in commercial matters.
The book contains the author's preface, appendices with samples and forms of the main trade agreements and an alphabetical index.
