The Zemsky Bank of the Kherson Province was founded in 1864 in Odesa on the "basis of reciprocity". This bank is the first joint-stock zemstvo credit institution in the Russian Empire. The purpose of the activity was to provide long-term lending to landowners in this region and to provide "bread growers of the Kherson province with the opportunity to make loans secured by real estate." The bank was under the direct control of the Ministry of Finance.
The texts of the meeting logs include statements, reports, reports, proposals, bank resolutions.
