The collection includes poems, the main theme of which is the revolutionary struggle, the desire of the people of Western Ukraine to reunite with Soviet Ukraine. The author also develops labor themes, reproduces social contrasts. Poetry is filled with ideas of "Eternal revolutionary" by I. Franko, in which V. Bobynsky creates an image of a fighter, a revolutionary.
The works are characterized by a kind of lyric-pathetic form of appeal, touching emotionality, folk song melodiousness, variety of poetic size and strophic richness.
