The first solo exhibition of the Odesa artist Solomon Yakovyich Kyshynivsky (1862 or 1864–winter 1941/1942) took place in his hometown in February and March 1906. The exhibition was a success with the public, so in March 1907 it was extended for several more months, until August 1908. It was no coincidence that it was called “permanent.” In the summer of 1910, another, third, solo exhibition of the artist took place. A small illustrated catalog was published for each of the exhibitions.

The ONSL copy is a bound volume; all three catalogs are bound together and protected by a hard library binding. The original paper covers are preserved inside. The book is in satisfactory condition; all pages are present, with no significant defects.
