The work presents a comprehensive study of the climatic conditions of Odesa and their impact on the mortality rate. The author analyses the main climatic indicators of the city, including air temperature, amount and distribution of precipitation, humidity, cloudiness, frequency of fog, evaporation, atmospheric pressure and wind distribution. Special attention is paid to the relationship between meteorological conditions and mortality rates.

In his work, he continues to develop the concept of the unity of geophysical phenomena, based on many years of observations of the meteorological network of southern Ukraine.
