Odesa visnyk. – Odesa : printing house, “Odesa Visnyk” (1818, № 1-9) ; state printing house (1918, № 10-200) – Published daily except Mondays and holidays. - № 63–200 (2 July (19 June) ‑ 18 (5 December).

“Odesa Visnyk” is an official printed newspaper that was launched in Ukrainian to replace “Vedomosti of Odessa City Administration” after the city came under the rule of the Ukrainian People's Republic in March 1918.

The publication was intended to inform about innovations in the legislative sphere and measures to build Ukrainian statehood, as well as to highlight the achievements of the Ukrainian government (the Central Rada, later the government of P. Skoropadskyi) in various spheres of social, political and economic life.

The newspaper had a clear structure, which the editorial board maintained throughout the entire period of the newspaper's existence: an official section, news articles and messages, letters and announcements.

During the period of the newspaper's publication, its editors were: D. Buzko (1918, № 1-116), I. Lypa (1918, № 117-180), and Y. Lypa (1918, № 181-200).

The last (200th) issue was published on 18/05/1918. With issue № 201 (21/08.XII.1918), “Vedomosti of Odesa City Administration” began to be published again, continuing the numbering of “Odesa Visnyk”.
